1. It seems to me as though you have a lack of confidence with women and are generally somewhat shy. The issue is not that you don’t know how to begin a conversation with the girls that sit next to you. The issue is that you are probably afraid to do it even if I gave you the best method right now. So, start easy, ask them anything small, and build up from there. Or even better, tease her or them about something.

2. You keep looking in her eyes until she looks away first. Handle the tension.

3. Girls don’t like guys bragging about anything. It’s so much better when you don’t mention your quality and she finds out about them by herself.

4. Well, both is okay, but it’s less work when you ask her the questions and she talks and talks then. But, the crucial thing is to ask very interesting questions like “Hey, do you feel that men today don’t understand women?” , instead of the typical boring questions like “Where do you live, do you have a cat, etc.”
